What you receive

The $299 trial pack covers one product, one 15-second vertical motion ad, three static ad designs, and one consolidated revision. We deliver a vertical MP4 and three PNGs. Work uses product imagery and brand materials you supply or authorize us to use. We confirm scope, timing, required assets and approved product facts before invoicing.

Production starts after payment clears, usable assets and approved information arrive, and we confirm your start date. The 24-hour window applies to the first draft from that confirmed start. Final delivery follows your review and any included revision. Campaign performance, sales and ad approvals are not guaranteed.

Cancellation and refunds

Before the confirmed production start, you may cancel for a full refund of the pack price. Once production has begun, contact us as soon as possible. We will refund the portion of the pack price for work not yet performed, with a written breakdown of any completed work. After the first draft has been delivered, a change of mind is not refundable; the included revision remains available. If we cannot deliver the agreed assets, we will correct the work or refund the undelivered portion. These terms do not limit rights you may have under applicable law.

Problems with an order

Send your order details and the issue to hello@getlaunchdaycreative.com. We will review the brief, invoice and work delivered, then respond with a proposed resolution. You may also contact your payment provider if a billing issue remains unresolved.

Privacy

The inquiry form opens a draft in your own email app. It does not send information to us until you send that email. We use the name, email address, business information and project details you send to respond, assess the project, invoice and deliver work. Payment card information is processed by our payment provider rather than this site. This site does not run advertising trackers or create customer accounts. Our web host and email provider may process technical and message data needed to deliver the site and email. To ask about your information, email hello@getlaunchdaycreative.com.
